Booking
How do I book a stay?
Submit an enquiry through our Contact page with your dates, guest count, and any special requests. We reply within a few hours with availability, a final quote, and a secure payment link.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, a 50% credit applies toward a future stay within 12 months. Peak-holiday weeks may carry stricter terms which we always confirm in writing.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. We accept major cards via a secure payment link or international wire transfer.
Arrival
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Where possible we accommodate early arrivals and late departures — just ask.
How do I get from the airport?
Providenciales International (PLS) is about 15 minutes from Grace Bay. We can pre-arrange a private transfer; taxis and rental cars are also readily available.
Is there parking?
Yes — free on-site parking is included.
Do I need a rental car?
Grace Bay is very walkable and most restaurants and the beach are within minutes. A rental car or scooter is useful if you plan day trips to other parts of the island.
Stay
What's included in the apartment?
Fully equipped kitchen, hotel-grade linens, beach towels, premium toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, washer/dryer, iron, hairdryer, and a starter pack of coffee, tea, and basic pantry items.
Is daily housekeeping available?
A full clean is included before your arrival. Mid-stay housekeeping is complimentary on stays of 7+ nights, and available daily on request for a small fee.
Can you arrange excursions?
Yes — our concierge can book snorkelling, diving, fishing, sunset cruises, spa appointments, private chefs, and restaurant reservations.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Travel cot, high chair, and child-safety items are available on request.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are considered case by case with prior approval and a small cleaning supplement.
Is smoking permitted?
All apartments are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted on private balconies only.
Is the water safe to drink?
Tap water is safe; we provide a filtered water dispenser and bottled water on arrival.
