We are a small, owner-managed collection of ocean-view apartments on Grace Bay, Providenciales, looked after personally so that every guest is welcomed like family.
Our owner spent years travelling between the United States and the Turks & Caicos before falling for Grace Bay's powder-fine sand and translucent water. Today she curates each apartment herself: choosing the linens, sourcing local art, and personally vetting the cleaning and concierge teams. The result is a stay that combines the comfort of a boutique hotel with the freedom of a private rental.
